Obituary for Brendan James Cheveldave

It is with heavy hearts we share the news of the sudden passing of our son, brother, cousin, grandson and nephew, Brendan James Cheveldave.
Bren was born February 7, 1994 in Castlegar. He spent his early years swimming with the Castlegar Aquanauts, skiing, hiking, boating, camping and 3D archery with family and friends.
Fishing was his passion. He lived for it and felt at home on the banks of a good stream or river.
Bren graduated from high school but not before leaving his mark. He was known as a wonderful person, a student with a zest for life, fun, loving and caring. Good natured.
Following graduation Bren worked for a restoration company and eventually as a carpenter’s apprentice. He had an innate skill around building.
Bren loved spending time with his friends, cousins and family. His beat boxing entertained many, at a birthday, around a fire, or on stage at Shambhala. Bren was an entertainer. He created love and laughter.

He is survived by his parents Nancy/Bill, his brother Cam/Katie, Baba Lola Cheveldave, grandfather George Turner, many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a supernova and we will miss his laughter, his hugs, his smile and his love of the outdoors.
A special thank you to Joanna.
